The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the addition of Suzetrigine to well established multimodal pain regimen for participants undergoing bariatric patients undergoing weight-loss surgery and cardiac patients undergoing sternotomy will reduce post-operative opioid consumption and pain scores.
