You can browse public trial records without creating an account or submitting a medical history. Last updated September 30, 2026.
Searches and public records
We store public ClinicalTrials.gov fields and may cache search responses to provide the directory. Searches are sent to ClinicalTrials.gov to retrieve matching records. Search terms and filters appear in the page URL, so they can be present in browser history and server request logs. Avoid putting names, contact details, or other sensitive personal information in a search.
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes web requests. Request information can include an IP address, requested URL, time, browser information, and technical error details. We do not ask for a diagnosis history, insurance information, or full date of birth, and the directory does not create patient profiles or eligibility scores.
Analytics and advertising
General pages can load Google Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics for traffic and usage measurement. We disable these browser analytics scripts on search and individual record or filtered directory views, and on URLs containing query parameters. Pages also set a no-referrer policy so their URLs are not sent as the browser referrer when following links or loading other resources. Technical request processing by the hosting provider still occurs.
Selected original registry guides and the glossary can load Google AdSense. Ad code is excluded from search results, copied trial records, directory result pages, privacy and contact pages, and error pages. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies or similar technologies to serve and measure ads based on previous visits to this or other websites. Ad availability depends on Google's review and serving decisions.

Email and contact requests
Email alerts are currently disabled on the production site. If you email the operator, your message and email address are processed to handle the request. Please include a page URL or NCT ID when reporting an error, and avoid sending medical records or other sensitive personal information.
