What to send for each kind of request
- Corrections to a directory page
- Include the page URL, the NCT ID if the issue involves a specific trial, and a short description of what looks wrong. If our copy of a record has fallen behind the official registry, we will re-sync it from ClinicalTrials.gov.
- Errors in the official record itself
- We display public ClinicalTrials.gov data and cannot change the underlying record. Corrections to a study's own information go to the study sponsor or to ClinicalTrials.gov support, linked from every official study page.
- Privacy and data requests
- This site collects minimal data, described in the privacy policy. Email us for any question about analytics, email alerts, or removal of an alert subscription.
- Feedback and feature requests
- Suggestions about search behavior, missing browse pages, or confusing directory copy are welcome and genuinely shape what gets built next.
