Brief summary
Reproduced verbatim from the official ClinicalTrials.gov record. Not medical advice.

The mobile health intervention consists of three parts: Notifications encouraging physical activity, a digital health coach trained in motivational interviewing, and a mobile application which encourages goal setting and activity monitoring.
